What Is Corticobasal® Implantology?
This is a different way of placing dental implants. The implants are designed to anchor into the stronger outer layer of the jawbone, called cortical bone. This can provide strong support from the start.

Stage 1: The Evaluation
Your first visit is a full assessment. Your OPG X-ray is checked, you are examined in person, and a few blood tests are prescribed where needed. From this, Dr. Vivek plans your treatment and explains the procedure and the cost clearly before anything begins.

Once you decide to go ahead, any infection or loose teeth are removed and the implants are placed the same day, under local anaesthesia. It is a minimally invasive procedure: about 15 to 20 minutes for a few implants, around 45 minutes for a single arch, and about 90 minutes for a full mouth case.
This is where your new teeth take shape. Right after surgery, Dr. Vivek and the team take your measurements and finalise the shape, size and look with you. Your teeth are crafted from imported Graphene, a nanopolymer from Spain, or Monolithic Zirconia from the USA, and made overnight in our in-house lab.
Your permanent teeth are fixed onto the implants. Your bite is adjusted and checked so your chewing and speech feel right, and you leave with a complete, fixed smile. Over the following days you return for a few check-ups to confirm your bite is balanced on both sides and your implants are healing well.
